Forgot your Wispr Flow password? If you signed up with email, you can reset it in under a minute. If you use Google, Apple, Microsoft, or SSO to sign in, reset your password through that provider instead.

How to reset your password

Mac or Windows

  2. Click Forgot password below the sign-in fields.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Wispr Flow account, then submit.

  4. Complete the captcha challenge if prompted.

  5. Check your email for a password reset message from Wispr Flow. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

  6. Click Reset my password in the email.

  7. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset password. Sign in with your new password to confirm it worked.

Tip: You can also click Forgot password on the browser sign-in page that opens when you click Sign in via browser in the desktop app.

iOS

  1. Open the Flow app.

  2. Tap More Options on the sign-in screen, then tap Continue with Email.

  3. Enter your email address and tap Continue.

  5. Complete the hCaptcha challenge. A reset link is sent to your email.

  6. Open the email from Wispr Flow and tap the reset link.

  7. Create a new password following the on-screen steps.

Note: If the captcha fails to load, tap Go Back and try a different sign-in method (Google or Apple), or use the admin portal at https://admin.wisprflow.ai to reset your password.

  1. Open the Flow app.

  2. Enter your email address on the sign-in screen and tap Continue.

  3. Tap Forgot password? on the password screen (shown to the right, above the Sign In button).

  4. Review the pre-filled email on the reset screen, then tap Send reset link.

  5. Open the email from Wispr Flow and tap the reset link.

  6. Create a new password following the on-screen steps, then tap Back to sign in to return to the app.

Tip: The Android app does not require a captcha. If you encounter issues, you can also reset your password via the admin portal at https://admin.wisprflow.ai/login.

FAQs

I didn't receive the reset email

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Wispr Flow. If you still don't see it, wait a few minutes and request another reset link.

My reset link says expired or invalid

Reset links expire after a short period. Request a new reset email and use the link promptly after receiving it.

The link stopped working after I clicked it

Some corporate email systems scan links automatically, which can invalidate single-use reset links. Request a new reset email from a personal email account, or use the admin portal directly.

I see "Captcha error, please try again"

Make sure you're running the latest version of Wispr Flow. If the error persists, refresh the captcha or restart the app. On iOS, if the captcha fails to load, sign in with Google or Apple instead.

My email is registered with a different provider

If your email is already associated with a Google, Apple, Microsoft, or other SSO account, you can't sign in with email and password. Flow notifies you at sign-in and directs you to sign in with your original provider instead.

I see an error after requesting multiple reset emails

You can request up to 3 password resets within a 30-minute window. After that, further attempts are temporarily blocked. Wait at least 30 minutes before trying again. On Android, the error message may say "a few minutes" — the actual wait time is 30 minutes.

Will I be signed out of other devices?

Yes. Setting a new password signs out all existing sessions across your devices. Sign in again with your new password. In rare cases, some sessions may remain active temporarily if the sign-out request fails on the server side.
